LaserCostLab is a planning resource for laser cutting and engraving pricing. The calculator is built around editable cost inputs: material, waste, machine time, setup time, labor, consumables, complexity, payment fees, margin and quantity.

The goal is simple: help makers and small shops find a quote floor before they decide whether the market price is worth accepting. The fee calculation uses a gross-up method so percentage fees are recovered inside the final customer price instead of quietly reducing margin.

LaserCostLab does not claim hands-on machine testing, shop ownership, brand affiliation or guaranteed profit. Defaults are examples, not benchmarks. Replace them with your own machine, material, labor and local market data before quoting real work.
